Refund policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for health and hygiene reasons. Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. As products are fulfilled by our supplier partners, please allow 5–7 business days for return processing. Defective or damaged items will be replaced at no charge — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
